LA ST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,CARLO AUGUSTINO,single,of Centerville Borough,
County of Washington,and State of Pennsylvania,being of sound
mind,memory and understanding do hereby make,publish and de-
clare this to be my last will and testament,hereby revoking all
other last wills and testame nts by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:It is my wish a nd will that a 11 of my just
debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as may be after my
demise.
SECOND:I,being the owner of a certain lot or parcel
of land situated in the Borough of Centerville,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in Washington County in Deed Book Volume 905,Page 150,I
hereby give,devise and bequeath to my Nephew Luigi Augustino,
the same to be after my demise.
THIRD AND LASTLY:I do hereby nominate,constitute and
appoint my sa id Nephew,Luigi August ino to be the Executor of
this my last will and testament.
