1,WILLIAM J.GOGGIN,JR.,of Donora,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound :nind,memory and understanding,
do make,publish c.nd declare bis as and for my Last Will and Testa-
ment,hereby revoking and making null and void any and all wills and
testaments or writings in the nature thereof by me at any time hereto-
fore Ir_ade.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses shall be paid as soon after my decease as can conveniently be
done.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my es-
tate,whether real,personal or mixed,and wheresoever the same may
be situate at the time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath to my
mo:her,Helen W.Goggin,providing she is living at the time of my
death.In the even:my mother,Helen W.Goggin,predeceases me,
I g:"ve,devise and bequeath my said residuary estate to my sister,
Dorothy K.Goggin,providing she is living at the time of my death.In
the event both my mother,Helen W.Goggin,and my sister,Dorothy
K.:loggin,predecease me,I give,devise and bequeath my said residu-
a::y estate to the St.Charles Rcman Catholic Church,of Donora,Penn-
sylvania,the same to be held and used for the"general purposes of said
C"1.urch,in such wa:r and marmer as the proper authorities thereof may
deem best.
THIRD:I do hereby constitute and appoint my sister,
Dorothy K.Goggin,Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
