LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,IDELLA JANE FULMER,ofR.D.#4 Bulger,Robinson Town-
ship,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and
understanding,do make publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking and making null and void any and all wills,codicils,or writings in the nature
thereof heretofore by me made.

FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as possible after my demise.
SECOND:In the event of my death,I devise and bequeath
all of my estate,real,personal and mixed and wheresoever situate,in equal shares,share
and share alike,to the following children:Calvin Hewitt Fulmer;Kenneth Raymond
Fulmer;Della Jean Rich;Donald Wayne Fulmer;Earl Milton Fulmer;and Dale Alan
Fulmer.Should any of my children predecease me,then it is my request that his or her
share shall go to the surviving issue of my sons and daughter.Should it be necessary
that a Trustee be appointed for the interests of the surviving issue of my children,the
said Trustee shall have broad powers for the health,education and welfare of the said
minor children.
THI RD:I hereby di rect that aII State and Federa I
Inheritance Taxes be paid by my estate prior to any distribution of the said assets to the
legatees,and that the inheritance taxes,both State and Federal,shall be the responsibilit\
of the estate and not the individual legatees.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
GEORGE B.STEGENGA
ATTORNEY AT LAW

Donald Wayne Fulmer and Dale Alan Fulmer as Co-Executors of this,my Last Will and
