KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,That at Pittsburgh,in the County aforesaid,
on the 11th ,day of August A.D.19 53 ,before me,
BERNARD H.GOODWIN,Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting Letters of Adminis-
tration in and for the County of Allegheny,in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,the last Will
and Testament of ERINA DI SI1'-10 late of PITTSBURGH
in the County aforesaid,deceased (a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed),was duly
admitted to probate;and SERAFINO DI SIMa
the Executor in said Will and Testament named,having appeared before me and taken and
subscribed the oath of office prescribed by law.
NOW,THEREFORE,I,BERNARD H.GOODWIN,Register as aforesaid do grant these
LETTERS TESTAMENTARY,unto the said SERAFIlW DI SIMa
committing unto him the administration of all the Estate,which was of said
deceased within this Commonwealth,and requiring him to exhibit a true and
perfect inventory thereof into the Register's office,at Pittsburgh,within three months,and to render
a just and true account of said administration in six months from the date thereof or when di-
rected to do so by the Court,and to regard and comply with the provisions of the law relating
to inheritance tax.
