MY WILL,
I,Eli H.Hildebrand,of North Bethlehem Township,Washing-
ton County and state of pem1sylvania,do make and pUblish this for
my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
First.I direct that all my.just debts and funeral expen-
ses be fUlly paid and satisfied and my estate settled and closed
as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
Second.I direct the executors of this my will to sell and
convey all my undivided right,title,interest and property which
I now own in those certain lots of ground situate in Canton Tovn-
ship,near Washington,Pennsylvania,but to -sell only and when the
other interested parties sell their interests therein,and the
proceeds so realized from my interest in these lots,I give and
bequeath as a trust fund for the Davidson Methodist Episcopal
Church at Glyde,South Strabane Township,Washington County,Penn-
sylvania,in trust never the less,to vest in the Church Stewards
of said church as trustees of this fund and they to pay and use
only the interest and income derived from this trust fund for the
support of the said Davidson Methodist Episcopal Church at Glyde.
Third.I direct and my will is that my farm in orth Beth-
lehem Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,be appraised and
valued by three competent men selected by the nearest justice of
the peace,and the choice to so take the farm at such appraised
value is to be given to my nephew,Francis Hildebrand,son of my
brother,Frank A.Hildebrand,but in case he does not elect to take
the farm at such appraised value,then the farm is to be sold,in
either case my executors shall make and deliver a deed for said farm.
Fourth.I hereby direct and order the executors of this my
ill to sell and convey whenever necessary and for the interest of
my estate,the whole or any part or parts of the real estate of

which I shall die seized,and I hereby authorize and empower my
executors to sell and convey such parts or the whole,at public
or at private sale,at such time or times and at and for such price
or prices and on said terms as in their better judgment is for the
best interest of my estate and they are hereby authorized and em-
powered to make,execute and deliver deed or deeds of conveyances
to the purchaser or purchasers and thus convey such title as I
,
could do if living,and without asking leave of the Court.
Fi~th.As to all my estate when converted into money and t
not heretofore given or bequeathed,I give and bequeath this money
to my nephews and nieces living at my death,children of my broth-
ers and sisters,in equal shares,share and share alike.
Lastly,I hereby nominate,appoint and constitute my broth-
ers,A.O.Hildebrand and Frank A.HildebDand,executors of this
my last will and testament,and they so to act without giVing or
being required to give bond.
