I,Charles S.Fetherlin,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore made:
First:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon as convenient after my death.
Second:I give and bequeath to the First Christian Church,at
present in the City of Washington,Pennsylvania,the sum of Three
Thousand ($3,000.00)dollars,in cash,to fulfill a pledge made by
me on June 26,1966.
Third:All the rest and residue of my estate real,personal,
or mixed and wherever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my
nephew and namesake,Charles Richard Fetherlin,of the City of
Washington,Washington County,Penna.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
nephew,Charles Richard Fetherlin,Executor of this my Last Will
and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
