nature or description,and wheresoever situate,I give,devise,
and bequeath unto my son ANTHONY F.FRANCONERI,to be his,
absolutely,forever,
THIRD:I name,constitute,and appoint my son
ANTHONY F.FRANCONERI to be Executor of this,my Last Will and
Testament.
