McDonald,Washington County,Pennsylvania,whose will is probated
in the Register's Office for Washington County,Pennsylvania,do
hereby appoint A.V.Campbell,of the Borough of McDonald,Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,as my attorney in fact with th9 full
power to represent me in the settlement of the above estate and
to be served with process and notices in connection with the
