I,dhemar Delval,of Cecil,Cecil Township,~'ashington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby
make,publish and declare the following as and for my last will
and testament hereby revoking and making null and void any will,
wills or testamentary writings by me at any time heretofore made.
It'IRST:I direct tha t all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid as soon as conveniently may be.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate,whether real,personal or
mixed,wheresoever situate and of whatsoever character to my
son,Rene Delval,absolutely;the said Rene Delval being presentl
in the service of the United States with the military forces.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint my s aid son,
Rene Delval,as the executor of this my last will and testament,
wi thout bond.
