vania,being of sound mind,memory am uriierstanding,do nake,publish
and declare this as and for my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
am making null and void allY'and all Will3 and Testaments or writings
in the nature thereof by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my ju:::t debts am funeral expenses
shall be paid as soon after my decease as can convaniently be done.
SECOND:All the rest,residue a:ld remainder of my es tate,
whether real,personal or mixed,and wheresoever tte same may be
situatoo at the time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath to my
wife,Sylvia Gallatin,providing she is living at the time of my death.
In the event my said wife prooeceases me,I give,devise and bequeath
all of my said residuary estate to my childzoen,I.es.lle Gallatin,Jr.
and Samra Gallatin,share and share alike.
THIRD:I do hereby constitute and appoint my wife,Sylvia
Gallatin,as Executrix of this my last Will and Testament.
