LAST WIIL AND TESTAMENT
\olE,CHARLES T.DARRAGH,sn.and EDNA M.DARHAGH,husband and
wife,of Amity,vTashington County,Pennsylvania,both being of sound mind,
memory and understanding,do make,publish and declare this instrument to be
jointl),as 1-Tell as severally,our Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
all former wills by either of us made.
FIRST:ve direct that all our just debts and funeral
expenses shall at all times be fully paid.
SECOND:We thereafter direct that all property,rea]as
well as personal,of which wo may be possessed at the time of the decease of
either of us,shall be held by the survivor during his or her life,to
use the same as such survivor may see fit.
THIRD:Upon the decease of the survivor it is our desire that
all property then remaining,real as well as personal of which the survivor
may be possessed at the time of his or her decease,shall be divided equally
among all our children,share and share alike.
FOURTH:In case of the need of administration hereon at the
decease of one of us,then the survivor shall be the executor,to serve
without bond.Upon the death of the survivor,we nominate,constitute and
appoint our daughter,NELLE,to be the Executrix of the estate,to serve
"'ithout bond.
IN WITNESS "1HEREOF,We,CHAP.LFS T.DARRAGH,SR.and EDNA M.
DAJLBAGH,the Testator and Testatrix respectively,have to this,our Will,
written on one sheet of paper,set our hands and seals this /~day of
