Eighteenth.If,after the conversion of any personalty,not
herein specifically devised,my executors shall not have sufficient
~onies to pay my debts,funeral expenses,costs of administration and
the several bequests herein made,then,in such event,larder and
direct that my executors shall take and use sufficient money for such
purposes,from the funds derived from the sale of the real estate
mentioned herein in Item Seventeenth.(Such money to be so t~en
before division or distribution is made of said funds.)----
IrmTEE~ITH.All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal and mixed whatsoever,and wheresoever situate,
I order e-:.nd di rect to be converted into money as soon as the s arne can
conveni ently be done after my decease and 1'01'that purpos e,I do
hereby authorize,empower and direct my said executors hereinafter
named,or the survivor of them,to sell,dispose of and convey in fee
simple,all said real estate,either by public or private sale or
sales,without any liability of the purchasers for the application,
non-application or mis-application of the purchase ~onies and when the
whole of my said residuary estate shall be converted into money,I
will and direct that the same shall be divided into two parts or

and State of Pennsylvania ,-----being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease,
Second.I order,authorize and direct that my executors,herein-
after named,purcha3e a burial lot in Maple Creek Cemetery,in Fal-

mysel:,and th:.t my executors have erected u~)on said lot,such
suitable monument as they may think proper,the expense thereof to oe
}aid from my estate;the cost of said monument shall not be les8 than

Compe.ny of Charlerui.Pennsylvania,the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00)
Dollars in trust,to pay the net income thereof in keeping the lot
in the Y/ilson Cemetery in Carroll Tovmship,in which my father,i'illiam

MY Grand-mother,nna Blythe,are buried,properly ienced and.in good
order,repair and condition.
Fifth.I give and bequeath to my niece,Laly Josephine Blythe,

my executors hereinafter named.I request them to distribute such
