Sworn to or affirmed and subscribed before me this ?.I:'<f......day of July 80 · . . . . .... . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ...19 .... 70.~~~~:::..7..(~.."1~..~.~F~'~ £df4:~ ..I/M(!)~Jv/!JA:'IbMA£~1./l;.(A;d:r:';;~"~"-'/' ~~f;/~ ~~jl~.J~/);"3·······~:········f,··························(Address) WILL OF MARY P.ALVAREZ I,Mary P.Alvarez,widow,of 106 West Main Street, Monongahela,Washington County,Pennsylvania,having full legal capacity in the premises,do hereby make this my Las't Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made,in manner and form as follows: 1.I direct my Executrices,hereinafter named,to pay all my just debts,funeral expepses,and the costs of the administration of my estate as soon after my decease as may be proper and expedient.I furth~r direct that my Executrices shall erect or cause to be erected,a suitable marker upon my grave in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Carroll Township,Washington County, Pennsylvania. 2.I will and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars to each of my two daughters,Sylvia Ann Galilei and Teresa A.McCurry,respectively,to equalize the amount pay- able to my daughter,Mary C.Stivala,as beneficiary of an insur- ance policy payable to her upon my decease. 3.I direct that my Executrices shall deliver the paid-up life insurance policy upon the life of my daughter, Teresa Alvarez,now Teresa ~.McCurry,to the said Teresa A. McCurry for her sole use. 4.All the rest and residue of my estate,both re~l and personal,and wheresoever situate or found,or to which I ~ay be entitled at the time of my dece~se,~nd remaining after the payment of the several items set forth in the preceding paragraph hereof,I will,devise and bequeath unto my three daughters,v-iz: Mary C.Stivala,Sylvia Ann Galilei and Teresa A.McCurry,in fee simple and absolutely,share and share alike. If,howevet,any o~my daughters should predecease L ---lJL ~~~'_ me,then,I will and bequeath the share to which she would have been entitled if living at the time of my decease to such daughter's husband,in trust,however,for the issue of my said daughter who are in being at the time of my decease.For purposes of identification,the husbands of my daughters are,viz:John L. Stivala,husband of my daughter,Mary C.Stivala;Alfred E.Galile , husband of my daughter,Sylvia Ann Galilei;and William P.McCurry husband of my daughter,Teresa A.McCurry.In the event that any trust shall arise under the terms of this my said Will,I direct that the said Trustee or Trustees shall deposit the principal of said sum in an approved.Federal Savings and Loan Association;and no invasion of prineipal shall be made until the termination of the trust or trusts when,the beneficiary or beneficiaries thereof shall respectively attain the age of twenty-five (25)years.I do hereby authorize and direct that any income therefrom,accruing after the beneficiary or beneficiaries thereof shall have attained the age of twenty-one (21)years,shall be paid to the person or persons entitled thereto.Said trust shall terminate at the time the respective beneficiary or beneficiaries thereunder shall each attain the age of twenty-five (25)years,at which time said beneficiary shall be entitled to receive his or her share of the principal thereof and any accumulated income therefrom. I do further authorize my said trustee or trustees, in the event that said trust or trusts shall arise under the terms of this Will,to alter or change the manner of investment of said principal sums as hereinabove provided,and without leave of Court so to do,provided,however,that said investment is made in a prudent manner. 5.I do hereby constitute and appoint my daughters, Mary C.Stivala,Sylvia Ann Galilei,and Teresa A.McCurry,or the survivors thereof,to be the Executrices of this my said Last ..2- ·..
