LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

JOHN T.GRANDSTAFF.
I,JOHN T.GRANDSTAFF,of the Borough of Claysville,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sounc mind,memory
and understanding,do hereby make this my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any and all wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
FIRST:I direct that my Executrix,hereinafter
named,as conveniently as possible after my de:ease,pay all my
just debts and expenses.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,
real,personal and mixed and wheresoever situate,in equal shares,
one-h£lf (1/2)to Della Dempsey,my sister-in-law,of Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania,and one-half (1/2)to my step-d£ughter,Lucille
Kuhn,of Claysville,Pennsylvania,their heirs and assigns,
provided they are both living at the time of ny death,and in
the event one of the aforementioned beneficia=ies is not living
at che time of my death,I give to the survivor all of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,as aforesaid.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint Della
Dempsey Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal,this /7 day of March,1964.
