LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,THOMAS J.FINLEY,of Peters Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understandin ,
do hereby make and publish this my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM 1:I direct that my Executrix hereinafter named
shall pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as
convenient after my decease.
ITEM 2:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,of whatever kind and wherever situate,I give,devise
and bequeath unto my wife,S.Agnes Finley,provided however,
that my wife shall survive me by thirty (30)days.
ITEM 3:Should my wife predecease me or fail to
survive me by thirty days,then and in such event,I give,devise
and beque~th the residue of my estate unto my niece,Freda
Christman,daughter of my sister-in-law,Mary Jennie Thorhauer.
ITEM 4:I name,constitute and appoint my wife,S.
Agnes Finley,as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
Should my wife be unable for any reason to act,then I name,
constitute and appoint my niece,Freda Christman,as Executrix
of this my Last Will and Testament and direct that my said Executr x
shall not be required to furnish bond in any jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,THOMAS J.FINLEY,the Testator,
have unto this my Last Will and Testament,set my hand and seal
