I,STEVE GERSNA,of North Bethlehem Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,
do now publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking all former wills by me ,made.
FIRST:I direct that all my debts,funeral expenses,costs
of administration,and all estate and succession taxes be fully
paid.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath unto my wife,Anna Gersna,
all of my estate,real,personal and mixed,whether vested or con-
tingent,wherever situate,unto my wife if she s rvive me,for and
during the term of her natural life with full power to use and con-'j
sume any or all thereof for whatever purposes she may desire.
THIRD:Upon the death of my wife,or if she fails to survive
me,I hereby give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and
remainder of my said estate,real,personal and mixed,whether vest-
ed or contingent,wherever situate,unto my chil ren,Mary,Steve,
Joseph,Dorothy and Margaret,share and share alike.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate and appoint my son,Steve Gersna,
to be the executor of my saia.estate,'to serve without bond.
