HEREAS:~e,JOHN W.DAVIS and ~~RGARET E.DAVIS,his ife,of the City
of ashington,~ashington County,Pennsylvania,do hold together as tenants
by the entireties all our estate and the same shall pass to the survivor of us
as the survivor in the estate by the entireties and this will shall only
operate as the ill of the survivor of us.
Now,I,the'survivor of the two parties above named,do hereby direct
that all our debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after our decease as
convenient.
1.~e do hereby direct that the Executrix hereinafter named shall have
erected at our respective graves,in the Upper Buffalo.CemeterY,a marker.
2.e give,devise and be ueath to our sons,Alvin C.Davis and Kenneth E.
Davis and to our daughter,~argaret G.Dagg,-the sum of seven hundred twenty-
five dollars (i725.00)each.J.Kaymond ~avis having received this amount
hen the Pittsburgh vein of coal was sold.
5.All the rest,residue and remainder of our estate,real,personal and
mixed,we do give,devise and bequeath to our four children,Alvin C.Davis,
Kenneth E.Davis,J.Raymond Davis and Margaret G.Dagg,to each the one-fourth
(1/4th)thereof
Now,I the survivor as aforesaid do hereby,constitute and appoint our
daughter,argaret G.Dagg,Executrix of this,my last will and testament.

ho at their request and in their presence and in the presence of each other,
