LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JAMES G.GREGG.
I,James C.Gregg,of South Strabane Township,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and under-
,standing,do hereby make,publish,and declare-this my last will
I:and testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all wills
by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid.
SECOND:All the rest,residue,ant remainder of my
estate,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,I give,devise
:and bequeath unto my wife,Olive B.Gregg,being confident that she

will provide for our children,Harold and Richard,to bhe best of.
her ability.
THIRD:If,at the time of my death,my wife,Olive B.
;Gregg,be not liVing,or either of my sons,Harold or Richard,or
children of either of them,be not living,I give,devise and be-
iqueath all of my said estate to my brother,Charles L.Gregg.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate and appcint my wife,Olive
B.Gregg,to be executrix of this my last will and testament.
