LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,J.STANTON FUNK,of the Borough of East Washington,County of
Washington and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,
do hereby revoke all wills and codicils,as well as all other instruments of
a testamentary nature,heretofore made by me,and do hereby Make,Publish and
Declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct my Executrix,hereinafter named,to pay all of
my just debts,funeral and testamentary expenses as soon after my decease as
shall be practicable.
SEtOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my property absolutely,
real,personal and mixed,of whatever kind and nature and wherever Situate,
of which I shall die seized or possessed or to which I may be entitled at the
time of my death,to my beloved rlife,HELEN STANTON FUNIC
THIRD:In the event my said wife should predecease me,then r
give,devise and bequeath all of my property absolutely,real,personal and
mixed,of whatever kind and nature and wherever Situate,of which r shall die
seized or possessed or to which I may be entitled at the time of my death,
to my beloved daughter,HE:LEN WUISE FUNK RIESELBACH.
FOURTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,HELm STANTON
FUNK,as Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament;or,in the event that
she should predecease me,then I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter
HELEN WUrSE FUNK RIESELBACH as Executrix,neither of whom shall be required
to file any bond whatsoever.
IN WITNESS WHERIDF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal to this,my
Last Will and Testament,this day of ,A.D.,1964.
