LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,NELLIE M.DUNLAP,(also known as Nellie Sharp
Dunlap and as Margaret Sharp Dunlap),widow,of the Borough of
Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound
and disposing mind,memory-and understanding,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all real estate of which
I may died seized shall be sold by my Executors,hereinafter
named,at either public or private sale,at such price or prices,
to such person or persons,at such time or times,and upon such
terms and conditions as my Executors shall deem to the best
interest of my estate,and I direct that the funds received from
the said sale of my real estate shall be merged with my personal
estate and distributed by my said Executors as personal estate.
SECOND:I direct that all my just debts,funeral
expenses and the expense of administering my estate be paid by
my Executors hereinafter named as soon after m~decease as may be
practicable.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,I give and bequeath in equal shares unto my brother and
four sisters who are now living,their names and addresses being
as follows:CHARLES B.SHAR~of Hickory,Pennsylvania;HARRIET
STEWART,of Lakeport,California;MARY HEIDLER,of Lakeport,
Qiifornia;ROSE LEWIS,of Canonsburg,Pennsylvania;and OLA BERLIN,
of Canonsburg,Pennsylvania.In case my brother or any of my
sisters should die before this Will goes into effect,then the
share of the one so dying shall go to and be paid and distributed
in equal shares to the surviving brother and sisters.
FINALLY,I nominate,constitute and appoint my

brother,CHARLES B.SHARP,of Hickory,Pennsylvania,and my
sister,ROSE LEWIS,of Canonsburg,Pennsylvania,to be Executors
of this my Last Will and Testament.

This instrument consisting of two typewritten
pages,each bearing the signature of the above named NELLIE M.
DUNLAP,was by her on the date hereof signed,sealed,published
