I,ANSELMA DELLAPINA,of Bulger,Washington Oounty,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make and
publish this,nu last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void
all former Wills by me at ~time heretofore made.
FIRST:I order and direot the payment of all my just
debts and funeral expenses as soon as oonvenient:l¥may be after my de-
oease.
SEOOND:I hereby devise and bequeath all ~personal
property share and share alike to ~children;Theresa Veglio,Geno
Dellapina,Peter Dellapina,Leo Dellapina,Edith Rometti,Lena Oompel,
u:>uise Burchianti,'rhelma Nixon and u:>uis Dellapina.
Third:I hereby devise my real estate consisting of
a house and lot at Bulger,Washington Oounty,Pennsylvania,to I'JJY son
u:>uis Dellapina so long as he maintains his residence there and pays
the taxes,insurance and makes necessary minor repairs.In case he
fails to maintain his residenc~or fails to pay the taxes or the in-
surance or make necessary minor repairs,then I devise my real property
to all my aforementioned children share and share alike.
Fourth:I hereby direct that my executors collect
the rental income from my aforesaid real property until final settle-
ment of my estate and use said llloney to make major ,repairs to my house.
After the settlement of my estate this rental income shall be divided
equally among rq children aforementioned.
Fifth:I hereby appoint and nominate as co-axecutors
of this,my last Will and Testament,my children,Geno Dellapina,Leo
Dellapina and Thelma Nixon.
