I,MRS.BESSIE A.GANIER,widow,of the City of vVashington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,hereby declare this to be my Last Will
ane.Testament,and revoke all Wills or Testamentary Writings which I
have previously made.
1.I direct that the expenses of my last illness and funeral be
paid as soon as practicable after my death.
II.I give,devise and bequeath all of the residue 0('my estate,
of whatever nature and wheresoever situate,to the following persons,their
heirs and assigns,in equal shares,viz:
Mrs.Ruth Bright,presently residing at 490 Longview
Avenue,Franklin Farms,Washington,Pennsylvania;Mrs.Jennie Gump,
presently residing at R.D.No.6,Washington,Pennsylvania;Mrs.Emma
Holden,presently residing at 60 Duncan Lane,Youn,~stown,Ohio;and
Mrs.Dorothy Gump Frazier,presently residing in Vlashington,Pennsylvania.
III.I appoint my sister,Ruth Bright,Exe·:utrix of this Will,and,
as such,I give her complete discretion in the disposc..l and/or distributior~of
my personal effec-s,such as but not limited to apparel,kitchen utensils,
and items of personal use or ornament.Should Ruth Bright,for any reaEon,
fail to qualify or cease to act as Executrix during the administration of my
estate,I appoint Ralph E.Piatt of Washington,Pennsylvania,to act as
Executor with the same duties,powers and discretions as if originally
appointed.No Executor named herein shall be required to enter bond or
furnis~sureties in any jurisdiction.
