FIRST:I direct that all of ay just debts
and the expenses of ay funeral be paid.
I direct that all inheritance,suc-
cession and estate taxes assessed because of .y death,whether
the property or funds to which such taxes are attributa tepass
under this .y Will or not,be borne by the principal of ay
residuary estate and that my Executrix payor providefur the
pay.ent of such taxes at such tiae or ti.es and in such -anner
as she dee.s to be convenient.
