declare this to be my last Will and Testament,thereby revoking
and making null and void any and all Wills and Testaments,or
writings in the nature thereof,by me at any time heretofore made.
FIffiT:I direct that all my just debts and
funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conven-
iently may be after my decease.
SECOND:I give,bequeath and devise all of
my estate,real,personal and mixed,wheresoever situate to my
children:Elie D.D'Amico and Anna Rose D'Amico,share and share
alike.
THIlD:I hereby make,constitute and
appoint my children:Elie D.D'Amico and Anna Rose D'Amico,to
