LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
of
MARY FINKEL
L MARY FINKEL,of the City of Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revok-
ing and making null and void any and all Wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,real,personal
and mixed,of whatsoever nature and kind the same may be and wheresoever
situate,including any property concerning which I may now have or may
hereafter acquire any power of appointment,unto my children,ROSELLA
F.GOLDBERG,TILLIE F.MAJOR,FLORENCE F.CHERTOFF,
HAROLD W.FINKEL and ELLIOTT W.FINKEL,in equal shares.If any
of my said children be not living at the time of my death then and in that
event the children of that deceased child shall take what their parent would
have been entitled to receive if then living.
SECOND:I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,ELLIOTT W.
FINKEL,and my daughter,ROSELLA F.GOLDBERG,as Executors of this
my Last Will and Testament and direct that neither of them shall be required
to post bond for the faithful performance of their duties as Executors.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this 7th day of December,1964.
