I,ANNIE E.COCHRAN,unmarried,of Union Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and declare this to
be my last will and testament,hereby revoking and making void each
and every former will,and all former wills,by me at any time here-
tofore made.
FIRST:-I order and direct 'my Executor,hereinafter named,to
pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently
may be done after my decease.
SECOND:-I give and bequeath the sum of FIFTY (50)DOLLARS to
Janet Harkins.
THIRD:-All the rest,residue and remainder of my property
and estate,real,personal and mixed,of every kind and nature,where-
soever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my friend,Mrs.Jennie
Clark,her heirs and assigns forever,in fee simple and absolutely.
FOURTH:-I nominate,constitute and appoint ROBERT A.FORSYTHE,
Executor of this,my last will and testament.
