I,H.A.DUNLAP,of the Borough of Canonsburg,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing'mind,
memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and
all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral expenses
and the expense of administering my estate be paid by my Executor
hereinafter named as soon after my decease as may be practicable.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath unto my son,H•.PAUL
DUNLAP,all of my estate,real,personal and mixed and wheresoever
situate.
FINALLY,I nominate,constitute and appoint my said son,
H.PAUL DUNLAP,to be executor of this my Last Will and Testffinent.
IN WITNESS .JREREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
