LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,KATHARINE E.GASSNER,of the City of Canonsburg,
County of Washington,and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,do make
this my Will,hereby revoking any and all Wills at any time
heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that the expenses of my last illness and
funeral be paid out of my estate as soon as nay be convenient after
my death.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
of whatsoever kind anj nature,and wheresoever situate,of which
I shall die seised and possessed,or to which at the time of my
death I may be entitled,I give,devise and bequeath as follows:
(A)One-half (1/2)thereof to my daughter,
ELIZABETH C.JENNE,if she survives me.In the event my said
daughter fails to survive me,I give,devise and bequeath the
aforesaid one-half (1/2)share to her husband,CHARLES L.JENNE.
(B)One-half (1/2)thereof to my daughter,
WILHELMINA CHARLTON,if she survives me.In the event my said
daughter fails to survive me,I give,devise and bequeath the
aforesaid one-half (1/2)share to her husbanj,FRANCIS H.CHARLTON.
THIRD:I name and appoint my daughter,ELIZABETH C.
JENNE:Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament.In the event
my sa~d daughter is unable or unwilling to serve,for any reason~
I name and appoint her husband,CHARLES L.JENN3,to serve as
Execu~or of this my Last Will and Testament.
