LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
EDW~~D H.CORTER.

I,Edward H.Corter,of Monongahela City,Washington County,Penn-
sylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do make,publish
and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making
void any former will by me at any time heretofore made,in manner and
form following:
First.I order and direct my Executrix,hereinafter named,to
pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may
be done after my decease.
Second.I will,give and devise my real estate,which J purohased
from Minnie Teeters,situate on the Eastern side of Fourth Street,Second
Ward,Monongahela City,Washington County,Pennsylvania,said premises
being known as No.411 Fourth Street,unto my daughter,Frances B.Corter,
in fee simple and absolutely,subject,however,to the payment by my
said daughter,Frances,B.Corter,of the balance of the Mortgage on
said premises remaining unpaid at the time of my death.
Third.I also charge my above mentioned daughter,Frances B.
Corter,with the payment of my funeral expenses,as I have now insurance
payable to her upon my death for that purpose.
Fourth.After the payment of my just debts out of my personal
estate,my funeral expenses having been above provided for,I Will,give
and bequeath all the rest,residue and remainder of my personal estate
unto my three daughters,-Mrs.Blanche L.Lane,Frances B.Corter,and
Edith R.Hoskins,in equal shares and absolutely.

I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,Frances

B.Corter as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
In Witness Whereof,I,Edward H.Corter,the Testator,have here-
unto set my hand and seal,this Seventh day of February,A.D.1920.
