I,MICHAEL DUTTINE,of the Borough of Charleroi,Wash-
ington Count ,Pennsylvania,do hereby declare the following to be
my Last Will and Testament.
1.I direct my Executors hereinafter named to pay and
discharge all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be
after my decease.
2.I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,real,per
sonal and mixed,of ~hatsoever ind or nature and I eresoever sit-
uate to m:T daughter,Elizabeth luttine and m,sons,.~artin Duttine
"'illia Duttine,Ho lard Dut tine and Arthur Dut ti e,their heirs
and assigns,to be divided between them equally,share and share
alike,with the understanding and upon the condition,however,tha
my daughter,Elizabeth Duttine,shall be allowed to live in the
home where I no live so long as she lives,free of rent.I hereby
direct my Executors hereinafter named to keep and maintain sAid
house in good condition,and to pay for all necessar repairs,all
insurance premiums and all taxes assessed against said property
out of the balance of my estate.
3.I hereby constitute and ap oint my daughter,Elizabe h
Duttine and my son,Arthur Duttine,to be the Executors hereof.
