I,CHARLES P.DIAZ,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory
hereby make,declare and pUblish this to be my Last Will and
Testament,revoking any and all former Wills by me heretofore made,
1st.I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be
promptly paid.
2nd.I give and bequeath the sum of Twenty five Dollars
($25.00)each,tree of all transfer and inheritance taxes to my
children and members of my household,as follows:Dorothy D.Smit
Florence D.Carroll,James E.Diaz,Floyd C.Diaz,Milton C.Diaz,
Phyllis D.Snider,Albert S.-Diaz,William F.Diaz,and Charlotte
Dianne Diaz.Ruth Hysmith Kertis and Colleen R.Hysmith.
3rd.All of the rest,residue and remainder of my estate 0
whatsoever nature,and wheresoever situated,I give,devise and
bequeath to my beloved wife,Anna Diaz,to have,hold and enjoy
same moreover during the term of her natural life.Upon her
I give,devise and bequeath the said property and estate,or the
remaining portion thereof,to my son John N.Diaz,and to his heir
and assigns.
4th.I constitute and appoint my said son,John N.Diaz,t
be the Executor of this will ,and I expressly authorize-my said
Executor to sell any or all of my real estate at public or private
sale,and to make,execute and deliver proper lawful deed or deeds
therefor.
