LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,TERESA FOX,of the Borough of East Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory,and understanding,
do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking all wills and testaments or writings in the nature thereof by me
at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct my executor to pay all just debts,funeral
expenses and costs of administration as soon as may be conveniently done
after my death.
SECOND:A.I give and bequeath the sum of Two Thousand
($2,000.00)Dollars to the Immaculate Conception Church of Washington,
Pennsylvania for Masses for Julia A.Fox and family.
B.I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand
($1,000.00)Dollars to my friend,Mrs.Edward (Margaret)Spriggs.
C.I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand
($1,000.00)Dollars to the Little Sisters of the Poor,5324 Penn Avenue,
PIttsburgh,Pennsylvania.
D.I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand
($1,000.00)Dollars to my good friend,Judge P.V.Marino.
E.I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand
($1,000.00)Dollars to my friend Mrs,William (Sarah)Carson.
F.I give and bequeath the sum of TWo Thousand
($2,000.00)Dollars to my friend Mrs.George VanRiper.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real
or personal or mixed and wheresoever situate I give,devise and bequeath
to my cousin Michael Keegan,Aughladeffin,Kilkelly,County Mayo,
Ireland;my cousin,Thomas Keegan,Sr.,Tavrane,Kilkelly,County Mayo,
Ireland;my second cousin,Thomas Keegan,Jr.,Brown Avenue,Holyoke,
Mass.;my second cousin,Philomena Kinney,daughter of Pat Keegan,7 Mail
Coach Road,Sligo,Ireland;and their heirs and assigns,share and share
alike.

Piatt Funeral Home,Washington,Pennsylvania.

in addition to the authority conferred by law,the power to sell any propert )
real or personal,at public or private sale,at such time and for such price
and upon such terms and conditions as he may see fit,and to exec~te
deeds of conveyance thereof,without liability on the part of the purchasers
to see to the application of the purchase moneys.
SIXTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint WALTER W.GREGORY,JR.
ESQUIRE,Executor of this my will,and I direct that he shall not be required
to enter security in any jurisdiction in which he may act.
