Borough,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make this,my Last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking in full any and all Wills heretofore
made by me:
FIRST:I direct my personal representative here-
inafter named to pay my just debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND:All the rest,residue,and remainder of
my property,whether real,personal,or mixed,of whatsoever nature
or description,and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath
unto my wife,ANNE ABERCROMBIE,but in the event my wife should pre-
decease me,I direct that all the rest,residue,and remainder of my
said estate shall vest and be distributed as follows:
(1)I give and bequeath the sum of FIVE
HUNDRED ($500.00)DOLLARS each to the following named grandchildren:
JAMES BROCKMAN;PAUL BROCKMAN;WILLIAM BROCKMAN;DANA BROCKMAN;SIGNY
EMLER;SAM EMLER;and GRETA EMLER.Any Federal Estate Taxes,State
Inheritance Taxes,or Estate Taxes shall be paid out of my residuary
estate.
(2)I give and bequeath all firearms that
I may own at the time of my death to my grandson,JAMES BROCKMAN.I
request that James Brockman give a gun for hunting purposes to Paul
Brockman and a gun to William Brockman,although he shall not be
obligated to do so.
(3)I give and bequeath to my grandson,
JAMES BROCKMAN,a motor vehicle that I may own at the time of my
death.In the event that I should be the owner of more than one
vehicle,he may have his choice of anyone vehicle.
(4)I give and bequeath to my grandson,
SAM EMLER,all magic.books and magic equipment that I may own at the
time of my death.

law,HOMER BROCKMAN,all of my tools and shop equipment.

queath to my daughter,PATRICIA BROCKMAN,and my daughter,RUTH
EMLER,in equal shares,to be theirs solely and absolutely.
THIRD:I name and appoint my wife,ANNE
ABERCROMBIE,Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament,but in
the event she should predecease me,I then appoint my son-in-law,
HOMER BROCKMAN,Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament.In
no event shall my personal representative be required to furnish a
bond,whether or not she or he is a resident of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania.
