SECOND:I authorize and direct my executors,hereinafter named,to sell all real estate I may own at the time of my death and convert same into cash,at such time or times as they think best for my estate,at private or public sale,and for such sum or sums as they deem adequate,and authorize them to sign,execute,and deliver a deed or deeds for the same,the same as I could do if living. THIRD:I direct that my executors,hereinafter named,deliver my Two Hundred Fifty (250)shares,or whatever amount remains in my possession at the time of my death,of the common or capital stock of American Telephone and Telegraph Company,to the Trustees,here- inafter named,in trust,however,for the purposes hereinafter·set forth,said stock to be delivered intact without any deductions for inheritance or other taxes. FOURTH:All the rest and residue of my estate,including my American Telephone and Telegraph Company stock and the proceeds received from the sale of my real estate remaining after the payment of my just debts,funeral expenses,taxes,and costs of administration, I give,devise and bequeath to my trustees,hereinafter named,in trust,however,for the following uses and purposes: (a)The Trustees shall hold,manage,invest and reinvest said trust estate in such legal securities as are legal for trusts under the Laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,retaining in the trust my American Telephone and Telegraph stock,however,unless it is necessary,in their opinion,to sell it to carry out the provisions of the next paragraph (b).
