I,STEPHEN B.DAY,of Amwell Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do make,
pUblish,and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking all Wills by me heretofore made:
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expense
be paid as soon as convenient after my death.
SECOND.I give and bequeath to my wife,Eldora Day,all my
household goods.
THIRD.I give and devise any lots or tracts ot land of
which I may die seized and situate in Matagorda County,Texas,to my
s1x (6)children,Laura Alma Day Ullom,Sara Day Hazlett,S.Bernard
Day,Margaret Day Eastman,Jonathan H.Day,and James H.Day,share
and share alike.
FOURTH.All the rest and residue of my estate,real,per-
sonal,or mixed~and wherever situate,I give,devise,and bequeath
to my four (4)children,Iaura Alma Day Ullom,Sara Day Hazlett,
S.Bernard Day,and Margaret Day Eastman,share and share alike.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute,and appoint
S.Bernard Day,my son,executor of this,my Last Will and Testament.
