i~g,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my last Will and
T3stament,thereby revoking and making null and void any and all
Wills and Testaments or ritings,in the nature thereof,by me at
any time heretofore made.
FIRS!:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and sa.tisfied as soon as conveniently may be
a~ter my decease.
SECOND:At various times when some of ~y children have
indicat9d they had financial needs,I made monetary gifts to them
and to equalize myenoristy towards all my children and to dispel
thoughts of partially,I give and bequeath to my Jther children the
following sums of money:To Steve Gorondy the sum of ?500.00;to
J~lia Spridik the sum of $500.00;to Elizabeth Baird the sum of
$500.00;to Alexander Gorondy the SUL1 of 500.00;and to Rose
Gendos ~he sum of $275.00.All of these bequests to be paid first
from my personal and real property.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
personal,real and mixed I give,bequeath and dev:'se to all my
children,share and share alike.
FOURTH:I hereby make,constitute and Lppoint my daughter
Mary Sandre~T to be the Executrix of this my last Virill and Testament.
