I,John W.Coyle,of the Borough of North Charleroi,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and dis90sing
mind and memory,do hereby make,declare and pUblish this my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any former Will or Wills
by me heretofore made.
1st.I give,devise and bequeath my undivided one-half
interest to and in Coyle Theatre consisting of Lots Nos.114 and
116 on McKean Avenue,on the Plan of the Borough of Charleroi,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,to my wife,Laura Coyle,for life
and upon her decease to our daughter,Carrie B.Coyle,her heirs
and assigns,forever.
2nd.I hereby constitute and appoint said Carrie B.
Coyle Executrix of this Will.
