:publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament)in manner and form following)hereby I
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.1 direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be tully paid and satiSfied)as soon I
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I lea ve to my husb2nd,Louis S.Gayman and to my son,
Frederic L.Gayman,the right to have use of my fa~m,situated in
West Bethlehem Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and the
t~o houses erected there-on,to be used as a home for them during the
remainder of their natural lives.
Third.I hereby also direct that,after the decease of both my
husband,Louis S.Gayman,end of my son,Frederic L.Gayman.,my entire
estate be given,deVised,and bequeathed to two of my grandsons,
namely,Frederic Thomas Gayman and Isaac Edward.Gayman,end their
heirs forever.
