I,JANE DOWNER of Monongahela,Pennsylvania,do
make and publish this my Last Will and Testament.
ITEM FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath to my brothers,
Samuel M.Downer,James E.Downer and Harry R.Downer and to
my nephew,Robert P.Downer,to each of tre m the one-fourth
of all my property real,personal and mixed.However,if any
of said brothers or nephew predecease me,I then desire that
his share shall revert equally to the one s so surviving.
ITEM SECOND:I name my brother Harry R.Downer to
be the Executor of this will.However,should he be unable
to act as such Execut or,I then name my brother James E.Downer
to be the Executor of this will,and if the said James E.Downer
be unable to act as such executor,I then name my nephew Robert
P.Downe r to be the Execut or of th is will,and I so desire too t
the one named as such Executor be not required to give bon~
