I,LOUISE TORNABENE ALTAMURA,of the Township of
Cecil,and County of Washington,and Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania,do make this my Will,hereby revoking any
and all other Wills at any time heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently
may be,after my decease.
SECOND:I give,_devise and bequeath my entire
estate,real and personal and wherever situate to my
children,to be shared by them in the following manner:
To my daughter ANGELINA,the sum of One
Hundred ($100)Dollars.To my remaining children,GUY,
REGIS,CHARLOTTE,LOUISE,AND CHARLES,I leave the remainder
of my estate,to be shared equally by the~,or in the,
event that one of them should predecease~me,then his or
her share is to be divided among his or her surviving
children.
THIRD:I direct my Executor to obtain an accurate
appraisal of the fair market value of my real estate so
that a fair selling price may be determined.My children
are to have the first opportunity to purchase the said
property ,at the fair market value and should they have no
desire to do so then the sa~d property is to be sold on
the open market.
FOURTH:I appoint my son,CHARLES A.TORNABENE,
Exeoutor of this my Will,to serve without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand
