I,JOSEPHINE DI BLASIO,a/k/a GIUSEPPINA DE BLASIO,
of Cecil Township ,County of Washington
and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
..I publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeraZ expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I authorize,empower and direct my executors hereinafter
named to sell all my real estate at either public or private sale as
soon as the same may conveniently be done after my decease and for
that purpose,I authorize,empower and direct my said executors to
make,acknowledge and deliver deed or deeds for any or all of my
real estate at any price and upon such terms as they.may deem.best.
Third.I authorize,empower and direct my executors to convert
my personal property into cash as soon as conveniently may be done
after my decease.
Fourth.I will and direct that my estate,after being reduced
and converted into money,be divided equally among my six beloved
children;namely,George Di Blasio,Tony Di Blasio,Edward Di-Blasio,
Frank Di Blasio,Mary McGrath and Lillian Di Blasio Demaret,equally,
share and share alike.
