I,LILLIAN ABERCROMBIE,of California Borough,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,
do hereby make,pUblish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking any
Will or Wills heretofore made by me.
FI RST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently
may be,after my decease.For my burial expenses I request
that my executor use the proceeds,or so much thereof as are
necessary,from my paid-up life insurance policy and my savings
account at Pittsburgh National Bank,California,Pennsylvania.
SECOND:I give and bequeath any death benefit that may
be payable by the Daughters of America to my cousin,CHARLOTTE
HARRIS,and my niece,BERNICE HUBER.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,of whatsoever type or nature,real,personal or mixed,
and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to JAMES
L.ABERCROMBIE,the brother of my deceased husband,to be his
solely and absolutely.
FOURTH:I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
JAMES L.ABERCROMBIE,to be Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament.
