Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament and revoke all
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I give,devise,and bequeath all of my estate,whether real,personal
or mixed,and wheresoever the same may be situate,unto my wife,KATHERINE
B.FOUSE.
SECOND:In the event that my wife,the said KATHERINE B.FOUSE,does not
survive me,then I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,whether real,
personal or mixed and wheresoever the same may be situate,unto my two
sons,WILLIAM F.FOUSE and ROBERT C.FOUSE,share and share alike.
THIRD:I nominate and appoint my wife,the said KATHERINE B.FOUSE,as
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament,but in the event that she is unable
to serve,then I nominate and appoint my sons,WILLIAM F.FOUSE and ROBERT
C.FOUSE,as Co-Executors of my estate.
