hereby make,publish,and declare this my Last Will and Testa-
ment,hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me
at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as conveniently possible after my
decease.
2.I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever nature and kind and
wheresoever situate,to my son William P.Feeney,Jr.
3.I nominate and appoint my son William P.Feeney,
Jr.,to act as Executor of my estate.
