LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,ARCHIBALD FAULDS
alias A.FAULDS,of the Borough of Stockdale,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and under-
standing,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all former Wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
And as to all of my estate,real,personal or mixed
of which I shall die seized or possessed,or to which I shall be
entitled at the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath
as follows:-
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of the
expenses of my last illness and funeral.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate,I
give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife,JOAN HIDDLESTONE
FAULDS,to have and to hold the same unto her,her heirs and
assigns forever,provided nevertheless,that in the event my wife,
predeceases me,dies simultaneously as a result of a common
disaster,or dies within six months of the date of my death,the
said devise and bequest of residue shall lapse or be divested
and in either event,I give,devise and bequeath all of my said
property as follows:
1.I give and bequeath unto my four (4)grandchildren
the following,to wit:
(a)unto my grandchild,SHELIA GAIL FAULDS,
the sum of $1,000.00;-
(b)unto my grandchild,HUGH ROBERT FAULDS,
the sum of $1,000.00;-
(c)unto my grandchild,KEITH STUART FAULDS,
the sum of $1,000.00;and
(d)unto my grandchild,TAMMY JOAN FAULDS,
the sum of $1,000.00.
Should any of my said grandchildren predecease me,

then and in that event,the sum bequeathed to him or her shall
be divided equally among the survivors.
2.All the rest,residue and remainder thereof I
give devise and bequeath unto my son,~~FAULDS and
DOLORES GAIL FAULDS,his wife,as tenants by the entireties.
I declare it to be my intention that should my wife,
JOAN HIDDLESTONE FAULDS,be living at the expiration 0 six
months from the date of my death,the estate hereby devised and
bequeathed to her shall vest in her absolutely and in fee simple,
free of all conditions.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,
JOAN HIDDLESTONE FAULDS,Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament;and in case she should die,resign,be disqualified,
or unwilling or unable to act as such whether before or after
entering upon her duties then in such event I nominate,constitute
and appoint my son,~HILL FAULDS,as sole Executor,and I
direct that neither shall be required to enter security in any
jurisdiction in which they may act.
IN WITNESS WHE~EOF,I have set my hand and seal to this
my Last Will and Testament,which consists of two pages,to each
of which I have affixed my signaute this 8th day of June,One
Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty-three (1963).
