LAST WILL and T=STAMENT.
I,WILLIAM T.DUNBAR,of Chartiers Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and declare this to
be my last will and testament,hereby revoking any and all wills'
heretofore made by me.
1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expen-
ses be paid as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease.
2.I bequeath unto the Cross Creek Cemetery the sum of
$500 for the purpose of taking perpetual care of the Dunbar Fam-
ily burial lot in said cemetery.
3.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
I give,devise and bequeath unto my nephew,Dr.D.M.Dunb~,off
Washington,Penna.,.his heirs and assigns,forever.
4.I appoint the said Dr.D.M.Dunb4r to be Executor
of this,my last will andtestament.
Witness my hand and seal this 5th day of April,1951.

who,at his request ~nd in his presence and in the presence of
