declare this my last will (hereby revoking any testamentary
writing or writings heretofore by me made),in manner and
form following,towit:
I give,devise,and bequeath all my estate,
of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,in equal shares
to my children;and constitute and appoint my son,George
B.Fetherlin,Jr.,as executor of this my will,to serve
without bond.
