I,ARTHUR N.DIMMA'CK,of the City of Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,
hereby revoke all wills and codicils,as well as all instruments
of a testamentary nature heretofore made by me,and do hereby
make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament
in manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral and
testamentary expenses shall be paid by my Executor hereinafter
named,as soon as conveniently may be after my death.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my
property,real,personal or mixed,or whatever nature and whereso-
ever situate,which I may own or have the right to dispose of at
the time of my death,to my three children:AMY D.OSBORNE,
FRANK B.DIMMACK and HI'CHARD B.DI~~'CK,share and share alike.
THIRD:If,at my death,either or any of my children
are not living,then I give,devise and bequeath my property,both
real,personal and mixed,to my surviving child or children,
share and share alike.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
my son,FRANK B.DIMMACK,of 60 East Walnut Street,Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,my Executor of this my Last Will
and Testament and do hereby state that no bond need be filed by

him,Frank B.Dimmack,my Executor,in performance of his duties
while carrying out the provisions of this my Last Will and
Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have on this 26th day of
February,A.D.1949,signed,sealed,published and declared the
foregoing instrument as and for my Last Will and Testament in the I
presence of each and all of the subscribing witnesses,each of
whom I have requested in the presence of each of the others to
subscribe their names as attesting witnesses,in my presence and
in the presence of the others.
The foregoing instrument was subscribed,sealed,
