I~CLARISSA R.ANTHONY,of North Strabane Township,Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvani'a,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and
understanding.do hereby make.publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament.hereby revoking all testamentary writings heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and the expenses of
my last illness and funeral be paid out of my estate as soon as may be convenient
after my death,and that a suitably inscribed marker be placed upon the graves
reserved for my husband and I.if the same has not been done during our life-
times.
SECOND:All the rest.residue and remainder of my estate.
real and personal.of whatever nature and wheresoever situate.which I may own
or shall have tl1e right to dispose of at the time of my death.I give"devise and
bequeath unto my dear husband"BERT C.ANTHONY"provided he shall surviv
me"but if he shall have predeceased me"then and in such event"I give"devise
and bequeath the same.in equal shares.unto my two children,PAUL CHARLES
ANTHONY and RUTH ETHEL ROMANI.
THIRD:I direct that all Federal.State and other taxes that
may be assessed in consequence of my death.of whatever nature and by what-
ever jurisdiction imposed"with respect to the property forming my gross estate.
for tax purposes,whether or not passing under this Will"including any interest
or penalty imposed in connection with such tax"shall be considered a part of the
expense of the administration of my estate and shall be paid out of my residuary
estate"and that no portion thereof shall be apportioned to or collected from any
legatee,devisee or other recipient of property constituting part of my taxable
estate.
