being of sound mind and memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that ,all expenses attributable to my last illness imd funeral be fully paid and satisfied,as
soon as conveniently may be,after my decease.
SECOND:I hereby authorize and direct my executrix to pay from
my estate all federal and state inheritance and estate taxes which
are OWing or which shall become owing on account of or as a result of
any gift,devise or bequest herein made
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,whether
real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate,
I give,devise and bequeath unto the eight (8)individuals hereinafter
named,share and share alike,viz:
One-eighth (1/8)to DENNIS JAMES PETERITIS of California,Pa.;
One-eighth (1/8)to THOMAS HOWARD KNIGHT of West Brownsville,Pa.;
One-eighth (1/8)to GENE LAWERENCE KNIGHT of California,Pa.;
One-eighth (1/8)to JODY LYNN KNIGHT of California,Pa.;
One-eighth (~/8)to LOUISE PETERITIS,as Trustee,for DAWN MARIE
KNIGHT,of California,Pa.;the said Trustee to ~old this share of
this estate without distribution until the said DAWN MARIE KNIGHT
reaches the age o~twenty-one (21);
One-eighth (1/8)to LOUISE PETERITIS,as Trustee,for RANDY
WAYNE KNIGHT,of California,Pa.;the said Trustee to hold this share
of this estate without distribution until the said RANDY WAYNE KNIGHT

estate without distribution until the said JOY LEE ANTAL reaches the

share of this estate without distribution until the said JAMIE ANNIE
ANTAL reaches the age of twenty-one (21).
FOURTH:The folloWing provisions shall be applicable to the trusts
created herein:
(1)While in the hands of the Trustee and until actually paid over
o~delivered to the persons entitled thereto,the interest of beneficiaries
in the income or principal in any trust created shall not be subject to
assignment,pledge,attachment,or the claims of creditors,but this
shall not restric~the exercise of any power of appointment.
(2)If any beneficiary to whom the Trustee is directed to distribute
any share of trust principal is a minor or under legal disability or in
the opinion of the Trustee incapable of properly managing his own affairs,
his share shall vest in interest indefeasibly,but the Trustee shall
co~tinue to hold such share until such beneficiary has attained majority,
or the removal of any legal disability,or in the opinion of the Trustee
no incapacity exists.
FIFTH:In the event any person or person contest the provisions
of this my Last Will and Testament,and in further event that my said
Last Will and Testament is declared invalid and set aside,either in
whele or in part,then I direct that any person or persons so contesting
my said Will shall not take or be entitled to any share of my estate,
either by the provisions of this Will or by the intestate laws,and I
give,devise and bequeath any such share or shares to the California
Christian Church of California,Pa.
SIXTH:I name LOUISE PETERITIS of California,Pa.,as the executrix
of ~his my Last Will and Testament.
